Do I need to create a customer account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need a customer account to place orders with us. However, creating a customer account can help expedite the ordering process the next time you shop with us.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

We want to ensure accurate order packaging and timely delivery, as a result of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they’ve been placed.

Why won’t my order process when I have sufficient funds on my card?

Some possible reasons why your order may be declined when there are sufficient funds on your chosen payment method include;

  • Different addresses for the billing and shipping address.
  • Invalid zip code
  • Invalid CVV


Why was I charged twice?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account, please rest assured that you have not been charged twice. What you see are two pre-authorizations which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Usually your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once for your order.


Do you restock items that are sold out?

Sometimes we decide to restock items, the only way to know if an item has been restocked is to browse our Back in Stock section.

  • Free Shipping on all U.S orders of $100+
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 - 9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.

7-21 days shipping via the following

 When would I receive tracking information?

Shipment confirmations and tracking information are sent via email within 1 hour after your order and shipment has been processed.


I didn’t receive my tracking information, what should I do?

Sometimes email addresses provided are not valid so this may cause a delay in the availability of shipment information. If 7 business days have passed since you placed your order and haven’t received an order or shipping confirmation, please reach out to us via email (info@stylecharlotte.com) and we would provide the necessary information.


How do I check the status of my order?

There are several ways you can track the status of your order;

My package was lost or stolen, what do I do?

Style Charlotte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will be responsible for safe delivery of packages at your specified address.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of the items' delivery date. 


What items are eligible for return/refund?

 Most apparel and accessories can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Used & Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:


  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale Merchandise including regular & final sale
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Weave bundles & other hair extensions
  • Worn items
  • Items without tags
  • Jewelry not in original packaging
  • Items with damages, odors, deodorant, and signs of wear


Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit ONLY unless ordered merchandise is out of stock. Otherwise, refunds are not available.


 Are there any return fees?

 Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we would not refund any costs associated with return shipments. However,  if you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost. 


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
